Adding a Part Codes Entry
Use this feature to add, edit, or delete part codes entries. A part codes entry can be associated with one or more claim types. This feature is available in repair facility, repairer, contract customers, and claim office profiles. One or more part codes entries in your profile can be linked to part codes that exist in other profiles. The Part Codes feature is available in claim office company profiles.
Part Code entries can also be added via the workfile for the same profile.

To add a Part Codes entry
- Select the Configuration Dashboard, and then select the Profiles option from the Configuration panel.
- Select the profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
- Select Add from the toolbar. The Part Codes screen opens.
- Make your selections.
- Click OK, and then select Save or Save and Close.
Note: Other options include Edit, Link, Delete, Print, and Print Preview.
